I know I'm behind on posting for this party but here I am better late then never!
The week of Nov 18-24th
I'm thankful for a great Dr who is working to find out why my Mom has had stomach issues for going on 3 months now. He gave her a new med to try. So far she is a bit better but not well. I know he will keep at it until he can get her well.
I'm also so happy that I made it to church last Sunday. After being sick for so long I headed to church with throat lozenges and water. I felt so happy to be there. After church we had a small gathering to eat some lunch. I got to enjoy the company of Sara, Blake, Tiger and Scout.
This little one makes my day!

Lind, I am glad you felt better enough to get to church. We missed church today, Mrs. Jim is getting over the crude and we didn't want her to relapse. There was a TV sermon but it. Must have been old because we are in the middle ofe a series.
ReplyDeleteIt was a good sermon, though, about Bible purposes in our lives. I always did the part of God's word as a two-edged sword (2 Timothy 3) . It was a reminder but didn't learn much.
..
I hope the new meds will help your Mom.

It's always great to get back to church after an illness. And babies are the best medicine! Hope your mom continues to improve.
