I love to read!
Some of my favorite books are Mysteries!
Murder Mysteries!
I have been reading some series lately that are called
Food Mysteries!
Two of my favorite authors are
Joanne Fluke and Diane Mott Davidson
Joanne writes about Hannah Swenson who runs a business called The Cookie Jar. Of course through no fault of her own she keeps finding dead bodies!
So of course she feels like she must help solve the mystery! These are fun and lighthearted and have the best cookie recipes in each book!

I love Fluke's books. I do wish she would pick a guy to marry.
ReplyDeleteSomething new I'll have to look into...sounds fun!
ReplyDeleteHi Linda,
ReplyDeleteI have never heard of food based murder mysteries. Guess I am living a sheltered life. I do love true crime though. Thank you for sharing your books with us.
I love light foodie novels, so I will have to look for these!
ReplyDeleteSometimes I think i'm murdering myself with what I eat...heehee... just kidding. Those sound interesting. I've never heard of food murder mysteries before.
ReplyDeleteWhat a great list to pick from! Makes me hungry!!
ReplyDeleteI used to be an avid reader of Diane Mott Davidson, but stopped reading at Prime Cut. I then got into the Janet Evanovich series. I should revisit the series. I remember liking Goldy!
DeleteI'm going to have to look for the newest Diane Mott Davidson - I loved her early books.
ReplyDeleteThese are great books...
ReplyDeleteI don't like it when the Author gets too graphic so these are just my speed...
Marvelous post for the letter "M"!
